What is a Comparative Market Analysis?
A comparative market analysis (CMA) is a report that the Lipkin Audette Team prepares for you that compares your home to other properties in your area that have recently sold. It considers features such as square footage, acreage, year built, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garage space, etc and compares this information to your property. We also analyze the current local real estate market conditions. This process creates a baseline for us to identify the best price / price range possible for your home.
Research. Data. Experience.
Listing at the right price (the first time) is one of the most important aspects of selling a home. A comparative market analysis from the Lipkin Audette Team includes a deep understanding of the greater trends in our market, the impact of the time of year, the influence of interest rates and many additional factors. We believe the combination of data analysis and local experience are what enables us to accurately and successfully price a home for sale.
