After two years of legal disputes, Champlain College is planning to break ground next Fall on the Eagles Landing project to be located on Saint Paul Street at the site of the vacant Eagle's Club and nearby parking lot. The new and improved design will consist of 104 units, housing 290 Champlain College students, and will generate roughly $400,000 in tax revenue for the City.
