Champlain College's proposal for Eagles Landing, a 6 story, 300 bed student apartment building at 194 St. Paul Street in downtown Burlington was rejected by the City's Development Review Board. According to Senior Planner Scott Gustin, the plan was rejected primarily due to concerns that the building would be too large in the context of the nearby residential streets and neighborhood. Champlain College has 30 days to appeal the board's decision. Read the complete story in theApril 1st issue of the Burlington Free Press. And as always, please feel free to contact lipvt.comabout this or any other downtown Burlington construction projects.
