Burlington City Council Weighs in on Rental Housing!

The city council recently voted to extend the zoning limit of 4 unrelated residents per housing unit into the downtown Burlington district. The map below shows the area this would affect. The Burlington Free Press Article does mention the single family homes with 5 or more bedrooms would be grandfathered unless current use was suspended for a year.
